軟密封閘閥是一種經(jīng)常用于管道水的閥門(mén)，由于閥門(mén)內(nèi)的水流會(huì)流經(jīng)該產(chǎn)品閥的管道，所以閥門(mén)材質(zhì)的不同也會(huì)影響到內(nèi)部流水的水質(zhì)，那具體有什么影響呢？

我國(guó)現(xiàn)有軟密封閘閥給水管網(wǎng)的管材一般采用鋼管、鑄鐵管，當(dāng)出廠水具有腐蝕性時(shí)或管道使用年限過(guò)長(zhǎng)時(shí)，管道內(nèi)壁就會(huì)腐蝕結(jié)垢，另外微生物的繁殖也會(huì)導(dǎo)致管道內(nèi)壁結(jié)垢。銹蝕物中含有大量的鐵、鉛、鋅和各種藻類，當(dāng)管道內(nèi)水流速度、方向或水壓發(fā)生突變時(shí)，就會(huì)造成短時(shí)間的水質(zhì)惡化，出現(xiàn)鐵、錳、色度、濁度和指標(biāo)值的大幅度上升。有研究表明，對(duì)于未作防腐處理的金屬管道，當(dāng)年限超過(guò)5~10年時(shí)，污垢就已達(dá)到了惡化水質(zhì)的程度，對(duì)于防腐處理較差的金屬管道，3~5年就開(kāi)始出現(xiàn)腐蝕現(xiàn)象，管道使用年限越長(zhǎng)，腐蝕越嚴(yán)重，水質(zhì)情況越糟糕。

When the factory water is corrosive or the service life of the pipeline is too long, the inner wall of the pipeline will corrode and scale, and the reproduction of microorganisms will also lead to the scaling of the inner wall of the pipeline. When the water flow velocity, direction or water pressure in the pipeline changes suddenly, it will cause the deterioration of water quality in a short time and the sharp rise of iron, manganese, chromaticity, turbidity and index value. Studies have shown that for metal pipelines without anti-corrosion treatment, when the service life exceeds 5 ~ 10 years, the dirt has reached the degree of deterioration of water quality. For metal pipelines with poor anti-corrosion treatment, corrosion begins to appear in 3 ~ 5 years. The longer the service life of the pipeline, the more serious the corrosion is, and the worse the water quality is.

使用金屬作為給水管材料會(huì)對(duì)水質(zhì)構(gòu)成二次污染。一般來(lái)講，供水水質(zhì)在進(jìn)入城市管網(wǎng)管道之前，都能達(dá)到   標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。但因其不是純凈水，普遍含有某些金屬元素、化合物以及微生物。當(dāng)水在管道中流動(dòng)的時(shí)候，由于化學(xué)物的分，軟密封閘閥管道涂層材料的脫落，余氯衰減等原因，使得水和管內(nèi)壁的材質(zhì)發(fā)生化學(xué)作用。

對(duì)于軟密封閘閥的漏氣方式，常見(jiàn)的有以下幾種：

For the air leakage mode of soft seal gate valve, the following are common:

1、汽缸上的電磁閥漏氣，可能是由于減壓閥中的氣壓過(guò)高。

1. The air leakage of the solenoid valve on the cylinder may be due to the high air pressure in the pressure reducing valve.

2、汽缸的排氣孔漏氣，這是因?yàn)槠變?nèi)部的兩個(gè)活動(dòng)部件與缸體的密封處的密封圈出現(xiàn)老化現(xiàn)象。

2. The exhaust hole of the cylinder leaks because the two moving parts inside the cylinder and the sealing ring at the sealing part of the cylinder block are aging.

3、汽缸的上下部漏氣，這是由于執(zhí)行機(jī)構(gòu)與氣缸的密封處的密封圈由于其執(zhí)行機(jī)構(gòu)的頻繁活動(dòng)而沒(méi)有達(dá)到密封的效果。

3. The upper and lower parts of the cylinder leak, which is because the sealing ring at the seal between the actuator and the cylinder does not achieve the sealing effect due to the frequent activities of the actuator.

4、除上面的3種情況以外，還有另外一種情況也可能使汽缸漏氣，即汽缸中的彈簧損壞，由于力到不到位造成的，這也可能造成關(guān)不到位。

解決汽缸漏氣問(wèn)題時(shí)相應(yīng)要在根據(jù)實(shí)際的情況來(lái)考慮，比如說(shuō)軟密封閘閥是氣開(kāi)的，還是氣關(guān)的。對(duì)于氣開(kāi)的閥，我們首先可以關(guān)閉其兩端的手閥，然后讓中控將此閥打開(kāi)，先將連接處的連接片拆開(kāi)，然后將氣源切斷，此時(shí)將減壓閥處的氣體放掉，注意這時(shí)的執(zhí)行機(jī)構(gòu)將轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng)90℃，之后換好以后相應(yīng)要注意將執(zhí)行機(jī)構(gòu)的搬回到原來(lái)的位置。

When solving the problem of cylinder air leakage, it should be considered according to the actual situation. For example, whether the soft seal gate valve is gas open or gas closed. For the air open valve, we can first close the hand valves at both ends, and then let the central control open the valve. First disassemble the connecting piece at the connection, and then cut off the air source. At this time, release the gas at the pressure reducing valve. Note that the actuator will rotate 90 ℃, and then change it. After that, pay attention to moving the actuator back to the original position.

軟密封閘閥小于等于DN500時(shí)，啟閉循環(huán)次數(shù)不少于500次，電動(dòng)閥不少于2500次。大于DN500時(shí)，啟閉循環(huán)次數(shù)酌減。軟密封閘閥的操作性能和密封試驗(yàn)，都應(yīng)在規(guī)定的操作扭矩或操作力下進(jìn)行。除常規(guī)的強(qiáng)度、密封、操作功能、尺寸、材料、低壓試驗(yàn)等檢測(cè)項(xiàng)目外，還須檢測(cè)防護(hù)性的環(huán)氧涂層。當(dāng)軟密封閘閥用于飲用水時(shí)，還須進(jìn)行衛(wèi)生評(píng)價(jià)或第三方認(rèn)證。
